A radiant tribute to nature’s diversity, Helios is a composition that draws the eye into a world of intricate forms and iridescent hues. Centered primarily on the order of beetles, this expansive arrangement is punctuated by rare and extraordinary specimens—the luminous blue cicada, the delicate pink-winged grasshopper, and the world’s only blue bee.

The papilio Zalmoxis with its blue luminescent wings and yellow abdomen is as breathtaking as its name is full of history and symbolism. Named after Zalmoxis, the supreme deity of the Dacians in ancient Greece, and formerly a disciple of Pythagoras, who taught him the “sciences of the skies” on the island of Samos.

It is flanked by callicores with their famous “8” shapes on their underwing, spiralling like the pendulum of a hypnotist, and coleoptera in turquoise, dark navy and orange tones

A celebration of life’s multiplicity, Abundance brings together a dazzling array of beetles, lantern flies and damselflies in a composition that pulses with motion and energy. Vivid scarlet wings, mirrored greens, and sapphire-toned elytra unfold in rhythmic succession—an emblem of vitality, balance, and beauty drawn from the natural world.

Taking center stage is a stunning caramel-colored Hercules rhino beetle, the longest beetle on the planet. In the top left, you’ll spot a Cheirotonus with its tree-like arms, and bottom right a male Goliath. Giants of the insect realm, surrounded by a variety of smaller but equally fascinating specimens.
